Project management to approach the market and select a new Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for Seeing Machines globally, Sarah was responsible for defining the business case, documenting the functional and non-functional requirements, meeting with the vendors and the evaluation of the responses via the procurement processes. Sarah defined the business case consisting of elements across people, process, tooling and partners with the chosen vendor with articulated benefits for the business to review and implement.

Program to optimise IT Service Management practices within the Department and assist in the approach to market for a Service Integrator. Sarah's responsibilities included the management of multiple workstreams, clarifying roles and responsibilities, updating procedural documentation, workshop facilitation, enterprise target state design and training of team members to embed the agreed upon changes.

Sarah was also responsible for documenting requirements in the approach to market for a Service Integrator and working with procurement teams to stipulate those requirements in the RFP.
