Designed for ITIL® 4 certification holders who want a quick, focused way to understand the key enhancements introduced in ITIL® Foundation (Version 5).

  • This module focuses exclusively on the changes and key enhancements introduced in ITIL (Version 5) compared to ITIL 4, enabling candidates to update their knowledge efficiently without revisiting existing material.

  • This course prepares participants (who are already accredited on the level of ITIL 4 Foundation) for the bridging examination leading to the ITIL 5 Foundation Certificate.

    Format:

    • A 30-minute, 20 question, multiple-choice exam.

    • Administered by an independent examination body, PeopleCert.

    • A passing mark of 65% is required to receive your certificate.

    The exam is provided as an online examination voucher, upon completing your course you will receive an email from PeopleCert with information on how to register and schedule your exam. The examination is 30 minutes, please allow for an additional 30 minutes for set up and authentication. You will require a photo identification, quiet space, webcam, speakers and a reliable internet connection.

    The exam schedule is available 24/7 so you can sit your exam at a time that suits you. Your voucher will be valid for 12 months, we do recommend you complete your examination as close to the course date as you can – this is when the information is fresh and relevant.

    Fresh Tracks is also accredited to host paper-based exams, should our customer want their group of attendees to do the exam on a prescheduled day. Please contact us if you wish to explore this option.

  • All ITIL 4 certification holders seeking a fast, efficient way to understand what has changed in ITIL Foundation (Version 5) and be accredited on foundation level in ITIL5.

  • Attendees of this course need to be accredited in any ITIL 4 certification (excluding ITIL 4 Specialist: Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services and ITIL 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital and IT).
